SPA POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.  A cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment price will be applied for a no-show or appointment cancellation within the 24-hour period.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please inform our team of any allergies or medical conditions prior to treatment. Please inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, and medications as certain treatments may not be advised.

Sanctuary Spa at the Palisades strives to provide a tranquil and relaxed experience for all our valued guests. Please be mindful to keep your voice to a minimal level and your engagements in a respectful manner. We appreciate your cooperation.

HEALTH & HYDRATION

Please stay hydrated before and after your spa treatments. For your safety, please avoid consuming alcohol before any spa treatment.

 

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

We respect our valued guest’s privacy, and we want our guests to experience the full benefits our services provide in reaching their relaxation and healing journey. Please refrain from using all electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, cameras, and laptops.

Your health and safety are very important to us. We strive to provide the best care for you, our valued guest. Our commitment to delivering nurturing, quality, highly skilled spa services also include a high degree of precautions.

We continue to monitor all current and trustworthy sources, most notably local and state health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), for all new viral viruses, as well as any COVID-19 updates.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

We implement a health and wellness assessment protocol for our guests and employees as a preventative measure. We do our utmost to take every precaution to ensure the health and safety of each spa guest and our employees. Assessment questions are included in the reservation process as part of the liability waiver that each guest must sign prior to their treatment. If you feel any of the following symptoms, we would be happy to reschedule your spa appointment to a later date. Please keep in mind that we do require a 24- hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged the late cancellation fee.

Fever, Fatigue, Dry Cough, Difficulty Breathing, Sore Throat, Loss of Smell/Taste, Skin Rash/Wounds

PAYMENTS

We provide a contactless POS payment system, and we continually sanitize our payment screens.

CLEANING STANDARDS

Our commitment is to provide a clean, safe environment, and exceptional service. As part of this commitment, we perform deep cleaning and disinfect and sanitize the establishment daily. In addition, our entire team has been trained in the disinfecting process for all treatment rooms and common areas. We provide ample time for our therapists to properly clean and disinfect after each treatment.
